'sOkay folks, I have it sussed!

Purchase your fav track from Allofmp3.com for $0.09 and you have the mp3 of you desires

Grab Quicktime (I think you need to buy the pro version, I already have it) and trim the snippet you wish as your mp3 ringtone

Save as mp4 and transfer to phone via bluetooth
