Motorola W377

Just go myself the W377 but didn't come with the download CD
Can anyone help me so i can connect to my PC no idea what to do
was checking the internet but they want $43.00
For my Samsung it was free ?
Any help would be great

I downloaded all the programs i could find on the internet they had them all but not for my W377?
