v300 mms settings

my friend has a v300 used to be on t-mobile now uses orange but doesn't know where to get the mms settings for the phone does anyone have any ideaswhere to get them from i have searched on orange but it doesn't have that model of phone

hi .. when i change my phone i ring my service provider.. they send them to the phone in a txt message
